Lewis-Manning Hospice Care is a charity helping people with life-limiting illnesses and their families across East Dorset.\n\nWe deliver care for patients who have been diagnosed with life-limiting illnesses whose GP surgery falls within our catchment area in Poole, Purbeck and East Dorset.\n\nWe promote acceptance, hope and peace of mind, helping people live well through their illness.
