• We had at least one mouse in the house and my wife and I found the two chaps who came to investigate, Jimmy and Matt, very helpful and informative. They thoroughly checked everywhere in the house including the loft and garage and even moved furniture - some of which was very heavy. They laid traps in various places and gave us advice on how to seal various possible entry points such as where boxed-in pipes came down from the ceiling. They also sealed a pipe entry from the garage which showed evidence that this was where the mouse originally entered the house. Jimmy and Matt visited several times doing a thorough check on each occasion. Although the mouse was never caught we have not seen it, or any evidence that it is still present, for a couple of months. We would thoroughly recommend this company to everybody. They went out of their way to sort out our problem.

• I searched throughout the yellow pages and the website and came across this local family firm i can honestly say First class service my nan had mice for months and tried many companies locally and even her own methods and i even tried Homebase traps etc. I managed to catch a few but they just kept coming, It got to a point where i was worried as my nan was getting upset and simply couldn't afford these companies on her own, I was recommended that this company were good and very good priced and im glad i listened to my friend as my nan had them visit her a few times and they destroyed all the mice and even located the area the mice were getting in and blocked it for her so thanks guys you will definitely be used again great stuff.

• Had a wasps nest for couple of months just out my front door, it started to become urgent when i noticed they where getting inside through the letter box some how, with two little kids aged 4 years & 2 years old who some times wonder around the front door area thought something needed to be done, rang 1st a pest control they where at my huse within 30 mins and advised me of the dangers, as they will never leave and there looked like quite a few have nested, thought the chaps where very polite and very informative even explaining that the bigger wasps perched out side the nest where infact hunting the wasp and pretending to be wasps to eat them fascinating stuff, they really know there job, in short they removed the wasps within 10 minutes, can't rate them any higher, no wasps great stuff and very good rates. once again many thanks where now wasp free, any other problems i will call these guys..
