We required the installation of a new tv aerial and cabling, to include extension of services to our new loft conversion. The scope also included new CAT6 ethernet cabling to the loft conversion and installation of a new network link and new network point in the loft. I have to say, we had absolute top class service from Stuart. He is clearly very knowledgeable in this field and we had the confidence to just let him go ahead and plan everything and all at a competative cost. We now have a very neat solution that has extended internet and tv to the loft and banished our previous wi-fi woes. Our project was repeatedly delayed and Stuart came out multiple times. He's prompt, friendly, polite and knows his stuff and I can absolutely recommend using Waveform. We are extremely happy with the service provided. Thanks Stuart!

Had a faulty aerial, Stuart came out quickly and diagnosed the fault (in the pouring rain) Stuart was totally honest and gave me several options to fix the problem. Decided to have a new aerial and cable run. Works perfectly now! Great service 5 stars

I would strongly recommend this business. Prompt response to initial enquiry. Very knowledgeable and professional and cost was much less than I had expected or seen in other quotes. Everything was explained carefully and I was given time to consider the options. There was no sales pressure, just professionalism. A thoroughly nice chap who did an excellent job. Superb company. Existing set-up was a satellite dish on a makeshift stand located on balcony and an alloy mast with rusting aerial. New steel mast installed, dish moved onto it and new aerial fitted. Arrived on time and discussed the details of the job prior to carrying it out. Very professional with regards to social distancing and wore PPE including gloves and facemask throughout entire visit. Very impressed.

After moving into a new house we needed to additional satellite TV cables to come from the dish. After speaking with a number of different companies I went with Stuart at Waveform as he came across as very knowledgeable on the phone. On the day he came on time and saw a better alternative option for us which was a lot better aesthetically! He was very polite, very friendly and got the job done is a fast, efficient and clean manner. He also stayed true to cost! I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again in the future when required

Stuart from Waveform was a great choice for dealing with my TV reception problem. I had emailed him about the problem and he came back requesting some information about my system set up. In this way, he did his home work before visiting. I had semi-diagnosed the problem as the roof aerial out of alignment but he checked all the other possibilities and fixed the problem without the need to adjust the aerial. I chose him because I like to support local business and the service I got did not disappoint. He was first class in terms of explaining what the issues were and how they could be tackled. The cost was what I would have expected with no overselling. All in all, a brilliant ,efficient service delivered very professionally.

I used Waveform to install a roof aerial. From organising a quote through to installation, it was a complete pleasure to deal with Stuart. Stuart is a true professional and takes the time to find the perfect solution and then install it at very reasonable costs to the highest standard. Waveform cannot be commended highly enough. Keep up the terrific work. For satellite or aerials, I would not consider going anywhere else.
