True traditional customer service . Nothing was 2 much trouble. Needed advice and they called 2 times to advise at no charge. .

Had a faulty aerial, Stuart came out quickly and diagnosed the fault (in the pouring rain) Stuart was totally honest and gave me several options to fix the problem. Decided to have a new aerial and cable run. Works perfectly now! Great service 5 stars

I would strongly recommend this business. Prompt response to initial enquiry. Very knowledgeable and professional and cost was much less than I had expected or seen in other quotes. Everything was explained carefully and I was given time to consider the options. There was no sales pressure, just professionalism. A thoroughly nice chap who did an excellent job. Superb company. Existing set-up was a satellite dish on a makeshift stand located on balcony and an alloy mast with rusting aerial. New steel mast installed, dish moved onto it and new aerial fitted. Arrived on time and discussed the details of the job prior to carrying it out. Very professional with regards to social distancing and wore PPE including gloves and facemask throughout entire visit. Very impressed.

After moving into a new house we needed to additional satellite TV cables to come from the dish. After speaking with a number of different companies I went with Stuart at Waveform as he came across as very knowledgeable on the phone. On the day he came on time and saw a better alternative option for us which was a lot better aesthetically! He was very polite, very friendly and got the job done is a fast, efficient and clean manner. He also stayed true to cost! I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again in the future when required

Stuart arrived this morning. Assessed what I required. Aerial fixed. Prices to suit every budget. Cleaned up after himself. Was all sorted in approx 40 mins. Also said to call him if I have any issues in the future. Very reassuring. Would definitely recommend.

After getting a very large quote from a national aerial company for a new digital aerial we decided to call a local company.......we Phoned up Aerial Express and got a engineer out on the same day, when aerial express checked the signal that we was receiving he said we didnt need a new aerial and just needed to fit a filter. saving us over 200.. would recommend to anyone.. great service, thanks again.ossett, wakefield.

Excellent service and a very tidy job installting SKY Q at my caravan. The install took less than an hour and was done to a very high standard. Frank is truly knowledgeable and happy to give advice and recommendations. I will definitely use his services again.

Replacement of an old analogue television aerial. From start to finish I was most impressed by the workmanship and professionalism shown by 'Hamilton Aerials'. I've noticed one of the aerials on the roof was down. Not sure if it was mine or not, but I had a poor signal. Frank came out same day and quickly inspected the situation. He gave me a complete run down on requirements and cost. During the work it became evident that my neighbour's aerial was also in poor condition. Frank secured this, renewed my aerial, cable and relocated my 2nd aerial. He tested all his work and left me very happy. All at the initial quoted price.

Fitting a new aerial and cable. Frank had a very professional approach and explained everything he was doing and how long it would take. Courteous throughout and respectful of our home even wore overshoe protectors so as not to dirty the carpets.
