Rang Anthony on the Friday to see whether he could fix the problems I was having with the service I was getting on my television ie. Lots of interference on channels, kept breaking up on certain channels etc., he came on the Tuesday and sorted it out within 45 mins. With his 30 years experience he knew what the problem was within a couple of minutes and fixed it and also the second television. All working superbly, definitely recommend him, very professional and fairly priced.

Had a faulty aerial, Stuart came out quickly and diagnosed the fault (in the pouring rain) Stuart was totally honest and gave me several options to fix the problem. Decided to have a new aerial and cable run. Works perfectly now! Great service 5 stars

Superb company. Existing set-up was a satellite dish on a makeshift stand located on balcony and an alloy mast with rusting aerial. New steel mast installed, dish moved onto it and new aerial fitted. Arrived on time and discussed the details of the job prior to carrying it out. Very professional with regards to social distancing and wore PPE including gloves and facemask throughout entire visit. Very impressed.

After moving into a new house we needed to additional satellite TV cables to come from the dish. After speaking with a number of different companies I went with Stuart at Waveform as he came across as very knowledgeable on the phone. On the day he came on time and saw a better alternative option for us which was a lot better aesthetically! He was very polite, very friendly and got the job done is a fast, efficient and clean manner. He also stayed true to cost! I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again in the future when required

Stuart arrived this morning. Assessed what I required. Aerial fixed. Prices to suit every budget. Cleaned up after himself. Was all sorted in approx 40 mins. Also said to call him if I have any issues in the future. Very reassuring. Would definitely recommend.

I've noticed one of the aerials on the roof was down. Not sure if it was mine or not, but I had a poor signal. Frank came out same day and quickly inspected the situation. He gave me a complete run down on requirements and cost. During the work it became evident that my neighbour's aerial was also in poor condition. Frank secured this, renewed my aerial, cable and relocated my 2nd aerial. He tested all his work and left me very happy. All at the initial quoted price.
