I've noticed one of the aerials on the roof was down. Not sure if it was mine or not, but I had a poor signal. Frank came out same day and quickly inspected the situation. He gave me a complete run down on requirements and cost. During the work it became evident that my neighbour's aerial was also in poor condition. Frank secured this, renewed my aerial, cable and relocated my 2nd aerial. He tested all his work and left me very happy. All at the initial quoted price.

Bird nest prevention added. Frank Hamilton then went the extra mile, the cables were tidied up and hidden in the roofline. The original cables over the roof were fixed in place to prevent damage. The cables joins were waterproofed and placed beneath the lead roof flashing for extra protection. The sky box was then tested for signal strength which had increase from the low 80% to 98%. Fantastic Service! If your past experience with aerial installers has been the type that arrive with spurs on their heels (i.e.: Cowboys) then fear not! Frank Hamilton is professional, polite, knowledgeable, clean (We're talking plastic over-shoes here) and just look at his spotless VW van, it says a lot about a Tradesperson! Sensibly priced (be wary of any cheap quote, there is probably a reason). Our job was relatively simple, but I get the impression he would not have given up until he got us a good TV signal plus he also does Networking, CCTV and TV wall-mounts! I cannot recommend this company high enough.

This is a review for a CCTV job we had done in 2018, we have had several jobs done by Hamilton Aerials since then but feel we need to leave feedback for each job. We contacted Hamilton Aerials about installing CCTV to our property, Frank Hamilton came and did a full site survey a week or so before the installation day, we discussed all the options on how to get the best coverage, what system options there were available, on this occasion we decided to install a 1080p 4 camera system. Frank was book to come later the next week to install our cameras, the weather was to be extremely wet on the day so Frank made arrangements to install on of the external parts a day earlier and finished the internal part of the job the next day when I would be home for him to do so as agreed. Frank Hamilton was very professional from start to finish with this job and his forward thinking about the installation when the weather was extremely wet meant the job was complete on our agreed date without issue.

TV Aerial point, TV mounted and cabled in. Frank responded almost instantaneously to my request on a Sunday night. Less than 24 hours later an additional aerial point was installed, TV mounted on the wall and all cabling neatly housed in precision trunking. Great attention to detail ensured everything was mounted centrally (using a laser alignment tool!). The whole area was left spotless. Price was reasonable and included all materials and 4-5 hours of Franks time. He offered to install an additional amplifier, but was happy to remove it when it didnt provide any additional channels etc. A top, honest chap. Use his excellent service with complete confidence.

We just wanted a new large flat screen installed on a wall and within 24 hours it was up, we had been talked through step by step the operation of the particular LG model and there was no mess and no drama. Poor TV reception and a damaged aerial. I noticed one of the aerials on the roof was down. Not sure if it was mine or not, but I had a poor signal. After a lightning strike, two days previously, we lost signal on our TVs. . Called Frank on Monday 18th June at approx 10.00 am. He said he would be at our house between 3.00-5.00 pm and would ring when he was on his way, which he did. He swiftly found the problem and also another issue which wed had for some time. As our Sky dish and box were quite old and werent working very effectively, he also suggested renewing them, but we were under no pressure to do so. Television signal was pixilated on both TVs. Very good service. Quickly analysed the problem - a broken signal amplifier and was able to provide a solution immediately by replacing unit.

No satellite signal on new television being installed Frank Hamilton came to our property within an hour of the phone call. Satellite signal was very poor when tested. We were informed this was due to an extremely old satellite dish. A new dish was immediately fitted with all new and up to date wiring. The televisions were checked to make sure everything was working perfectly. Excellent service from a very pleasant man.

We had Hamilton Aerials at our property last week again, as we used it previously. This time we had our new 4K UHD TV and a sound system installed by Frank. We have contacted Hamilton Aerials previously with a different job, this time we would have 4 CCTVs installed at our property. The engineer contacted us with a quote and after we accepted we would arrange a time for the installation. Frank arrived on time and he did an outstanding job with the new CCTV system. We can now view our property on our iPhones as well. He explained everything thoroughly and was very patient. He would clean up after he finished his work and was wearing blue shoe covers while at the property. Frank must be one of the friendliest and most efficient technicians Ive ever met. From first contact he kept me up to date on expected time of arrival and then after arrival at our house, he explained exactly what he would do, agreed where the satellite dish would be installled with me and explained what he was doing at each step. All his work was neat and tidy, he put plastic overshoes on every time he came back into the house and at the end, set a tv up to show that everything was working as it should.
