I am a qualified coach, counsellor and MBTI practitioner. I have worked for large international blue chip companies for the past 20 years, training managers to improve relationships. By studying personality type theory and combining it with my coaching and relationship experience I am in a position where I want to help couples appreciate and understand their partners unique differences to provide a stable platform for loving, lasting relationships.

I am a certified executive coach based in London. I support people with self-development and change and with making career and life transitions. I believe that by deepening an understanding of ourselves and our environments, we can create the scope for powerful change. I take a holistic approach to coaching and draw inspiration from a range of different life experiences, including: a career in private equity investing, being a part-time musician, martial arts and mindfulness practice. I believe that personal change can be effected quickly and offer executive coaching to those individuals who want to look beneath the surface.

We have a huge experience in being a father and mentor for young athletes ranging from the ages of 8 up over. We are able to help families with their young athlete who are looking to break into the world of sport and develop their athlete's attitudes as well as their work mentality. We are able to work with parents and athlete to develop their skills in the areas needed. We have qualified physical qualified trainers that can offer advice to help to develop athlete's strength to make them perform at a higher level using only body weight exercises, focusing on core strength and body conditioning. We have developed programs for current world champions for swimming. We offer all the advice and support any family will need to ensure that they can support their child in the areas needed, from nutrition all the way to the correct discipline. We teach the athlete that it is OK to lose, it is a learning experience and you can develop from it.
