• Terrible communication. Unhelpful. Called at least 20 times with no answer. Always to voicemail. Ordered battery using car registration and exact vehicle details but battery sent had terminals on opposite sides. No responsibility taken, just a generic email sent explaining the lack of interest. Impossible to return batteryand no help with exchange or recommending a carrier to return. A waste of £100. Order from someone more reputable, they cannot be trusted.
