    Used Paul Williams at Bathbright 3 years ago to reglaze a bath of mine. I was happy with the work at the time it was done, but after paying him cash as requested and him promising to send me a receipt, he never did. I've rang numerous times and left messages, but he's never returned any of them. We've since had issues with the work, but without any receipt, I wouldn't have a leg to stand on (and he wouldn't return my calls anyway). Go elsewhere if you want a guarantee for a pretty costly job!
