A family run Guest House offering, Two centrally heated Twin bedded rooms which also include TV, WiFi, Tea & Coffee making facilities, Vanity Unit (washing facilities) and use of Fridge, Microwave, Ironing Board & Iron. Guests Large Shower Room & Toilet. The rooms are self contained on the top floor of the house Ideal for families, groups of four or Contractors working in the local area. The rooms are also available for single and twin occupancy. We do not provide Breakfast but there are Three early morning Cafe's, within 200 mtrs of the Guest House along with an American Diner a Pub/Restaurant and M&S Covenience Store. More restaurants , Pubs,Take aways and Supermarket are a 5/10 minute walk. The Beach and Promenade which stretches from our location in West Hove right along to the Brighton Pier and on to Brighton Marina is just a stones throw from our front door.
