We had a boiler breakdown in a Sunday morning. Ash called us back very quickly and gave us a time slot 2 hours after the call - which he kept. The problem was diagnosed quickly. The part had to be ordered, but Ash managed to get it quickly. Ash turned up when he said he would. The work was done well, and he kept the area clean and tidy. The boiler has worked perfectly since. We will be using this company for our service and repairs from now on.

Warning: If you have agreed a price for Ashley to service your gas boiler beforehand, and he says that something extra needs doing whilst he is there, make sure that you get the price in writing before you agree. I arranged with Ashley to service two gas boilers and whilst he was doing the work, he said that the engine seals/gaskets needed replacing every 3 years, even though both boilers were working perfectly and one was still under warranty, so I agreed as he was working on them and you could purchase a seal online for £12.99. I got a shock when I saw the bill for replacing the seals was £439.99, in addition to the charge for the boiler servicing, which I had agreed. When I asked him for a breakdown, he wouldn't provide one but just stated that the seals were £34and threatened me with court action, if I didn't pay.I generally pay tradespeople by the hour and for parts used and have never had a problem before, so beware.

He took time to sort out the problem even though the weekend was looming to ensure that I had heating for the weekend. Having been let down by our previous boiler engineer, Ashley was a breath of fresh air. He ordered the parts required and fitted them within a couple of working days of my initial phone call. A first class service with great communication regarding the work required and when he would be attending to carry out the work. Ash was very honest and reliable. I had 5 other gas companys who said I needed a new boiler. Phoned this company and he said he would come around and have a look. When he arrived he told me what the problem was, he sorted it for a quarter of the price of a new boiler and left the house nice and tidy with a very good done job. It is now working perfectly and I would highly recommend.

This was my second dealing with Ash. The first was a boiler service before Christmas. At the time we agreed that Ash would contact me again in the New Year to service my fire and to effect a repair to some external piping which was damaged. Date and time agreed, Ash was efficient, polite and did both the jobs effectively. I was very pleased with the work. Ashley and his team were great from start to finish highly recommend!! 10/10 I recently purchased my first property which was in need of a new central heating system plus 3 new radiators to be installed. Ashley gave me a quote which I was happy to go ahead with . His team were able to fit the new system in one day and remove old water tank and left the place spotless ! Im currently based in Wales and Ashley was super helpful and took the time to call me on a few occasions to ensure the radiators where installed in the right place ect . I had absolutely no idea at the beginning what to do in regards to replacing the old system I had, Ashley and his team honoured the Job and were able to do it all in one day . In our hour of need, Ashley managed to fit us in his busy diary at very short notice. I sent him a video of the messages flashing up on our boiler ahead of his visit and Ashley arrived pre-armed with the parts he thought could be causing the issue. It was an intermittent electrical fault which didn't make his job easy! Within 45 minutes of his arrival, he diagnosed the actual fault, fitted the new part and our central heating was up and running. I cannot recommend Ashley high enough - incredible service!
