We have been left with an unsafe Installation consisting of: A leaking flue collar No adhereance of building regs HETAS formal complaint raised. Twin wall flue not fitted correctly No empathy No apology We had a wood burning stove fitted in March 24 and it's now unsafe and unusable Communication is appalling Zero consideration of our wellbeing and feelings Unprofessional at every juncture. Risk posed to our pets. Please avoid!

We absolutely love the new window opening Rob made for us in our kitchen, he re-used our old bricks to make a beautiful solier course and fixed a patchwork of other peoples brickwork on the back wall to make it beautiful and uniform. Other tradespeople we have had round since for other work have commented on how great it looks. The mess was minimal and Brick Stone and Clay cleared up everything when they finished. 100% would reccomend.

We saw the finished work of a nearby neighbouring front garden walls by Rob so we asked him to quote for rebuilding our walls. We opted for Rob as his quotation was very fair; it has been itemised clearly with labour, materials, rubbish clearing, days taken to build. Rob didn't ask for money in advance. Once Rob and his team mate had started work (very punctual) it was obvious the work was.of a very high standard. The lads were all polite, tidy and friendly and turned up on time and kept us updated on progress. Came back a few days after finishing to give a final clean of the walls. Recently had a brick wall and pillar built by Brick Stone and Clay and they were brilliant. Rob came out to quote and was understanding of what we needed doing, and off the back of that Rob got in touch with a very reasonably priced quote. The lads that came out to do the job were I was impressed with, nothing was too much trouble and they got the job done to a great standard. Rob was great at communicating generally how things were going and arranging things, which is quite rare I think these days. Will be using again if I have anything like this in the future.

Not only is the work to the highest standard but the care, cleanliness and tidiness of my property before during and after was amazing.
