    • Very unreliable and poor communication throughout. I am 9 months pregnant and experienced flooding issues in my downstairs bathroom and under kitchen sink so it was an urgent job. MR Building services committed to doing the work within a timespan of 3 days the following week, I was chasing to find out when they were coming, they stalled for days and I received a rude stalling reply then they completely ignored messages and calls by the end of the week the work was supposed to take place. Eventually got through via another number I tracked down online and was told they had another emergency job on and they wouldnt be doing our job at all!! To leave us in this position is horrendous with a baby due any minute and not even the common decency to keep us informed, I feel let down and would never recommend this company. They will quote a reasonable price, come across well when they visit to quote but then leave you with unusable plumbing. HORRIFIC!

    • MR Building Services were fantastic at redoing our flat roofs. Where other companies looked at just refelting the roof, Mike found that there was considerable faults in the last attempt (carried out some years back by another roofer) essentially, we would have had 2 swimming pools if we went with someone else. Mike explained in great detail the issues and started in a matter of days (weather permitting). Job completed in 2 and a half days, with no fuss, no mess, no disruption, and noting that his team were friendly, committed, and professional to the end. I fully intend to have them on speed dial for the next job. Top job Mike and Co

    • I've already posted a review for this tradesman. He solved a pervasive damp problem in an old extension, as well as renewing the whole house roof. He was fair and thoroughly professional. His team were skilled and gary took great professional pride in the work they did. He was recommended to us and we were very impressed with the quality of the work. You may possibly get cheaper but I don't think you'll get better.

    • We always use Which? Trusted Traders whenever possible and Gary Bailey most definately lives up to this accolade. Gary and his team have worked tirelessly on a complete renovation of a Victorian 3 bedroomed terraced house in Roath. His work has been exceptional and the previously dilapidated house now has a real WOW factor. Gary project managed the whole process as we are not local and provided us with details of excellent extra tradesmen where necessary for painting & decorating, carpets, kitchen and bathroom fitting. He also came up with good ideas and suggestions which we had'nt thought about for improving the property. His pricing was fair and honest, his work outstanding and communication excellent. Gary Bailey is the best - don't even consider using anyone else!
