Worst experience ever. Charged over £300 for a leaking toilet. Took an hour and 3 mins so charged double. Absolute fraudsters.

Work commenced on time in a professional manner; all tools and excess neatly tidied away at the end of each day, wouldn't know that they had been round. Efforts made to ensure that hot water available every night throughout. Minor issue towards the end was sorted out quickly with no quibbles and kept well informed at all stages.
