Ian Clegg did a very good job of waterproofing our exterior windows for us after part of our ceiling collapsed due to water ingress. On initial contact he phoned back when he said he was going to; and was punctual thereafter. He was thorough in assessing the situation and identifying the cause of the problem and took the time to do a careful and neat job. We would not hesitate to use his service again and we would recommend him to others. “Thank you Ian”
