Severnside Roofing & Building Specialists, Telford, were excellent. We had 4 quotes in total, including Severnside, the pricing was around the same so we asked to see previous and current work and after seeing that we decided to go with Severnside. My son's bungalow needed a complete re-roof, felt, membrane, batons and tiles. We were very pleased with the work carried out, some of my son's neighbours even commented on how well it was completed. They were fast, accurate and half way through they invited us up to have a look at the work so far. They were extremely tidy and even went through with a blower. We've already recommend them to my in-laws who had been let down by another company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use them again.

My experience using Severnside Roofing & Building Specialists was very good, they came to do a big repair job on a leak in the valley on my roof and did a great job. This was the first time I had used them and they didn't disappoint, the staff were genuinely good guys that got on with the work and they were friendly throughout. I would highly recommend them after the experience I have has using them.

The were no issues at all, the communication was very good so I know what was happening and they made sure there was no mess when the job was completed. Being exceptionally pleased with the work AllroundUK had previously competed for me I am a repeat customer. This time I had some very tricky worktops replaced in my kitchen and a large amount of tiling above them. I was thrilled with the results. We had a considerable amount of work done and we really feel that we got value for money. From the beginning everything ran smoothly. They were happy to show us (ongoing) work in the neighbourhood. Everything was explained in detail to us by Saul Dix i.e. the quotation and work to be carried out. He also checked with us a quite few times to make sure we were happy with what was going on. There was no 'hard sell' whatsoever. The work was completed in the expected time frame. The workmen (Barry, Mark and Robbie) were polite and efficient. We are not experts in roofing but it looks fabulous and we have every confidence in the standard of workmanship. The site was left tidy every night (hosed) and the main work area was given an extra clean upon completion. Windows and sills were also cleaned. BMCCS excelled our expectations. Superb service as usual. I had a leak into my lounge from an old capped chimney after the heavy rain last weekend. Pat came round Monday , sent Phil to look at it and Pat gave me an estimate Tues AM and Phil then carried out and completed the job that day. He removed the old top of the chimney, replaced timbers, slats and roof felt, added some fascia.and swopped out tiles so they matched. And of course cleared up. I couldn't even see where the old chimney had been when finished. Perfect job. Great firm, always efficient prompt service and excellent communication.

Arnold Building were doing some work on my neighbours house so I asked them to have a look a couple of damaged roof tiles. They were extremely helpful & advised that a few of our ridge tiles also needed replacing. They could start within a couple of weeks so we decided to have all the ridge tiles across our bungalow replaced. Very happy with their work & would highly recommend them.

My mum has phoned so many roofers and they have not got back in touch rang Arnold building &roofing they turned up when they said and they were brilliant telling my mum all the time what they were doing. Rang and emailed local companies but all had said they would contact me ? Arnold building come straight out to give me a quote and come the next day to repair my roof .
