I would not recommend using this company. After paying to have a water leak fixed it is still leaking and when i ask them to return to take another look at it they say next week every time.I have done this 5 times.

We had a very severe problem with damp in our loft because of water ingress. This meant that our property was difficult to heat and not at all energy efficient. Past and Present identified the issues quickly and carried out the required repairs efficiently and to a very high standard. The workmen who carried out the work were professional and very helpful. They kept us informed at every stage of the work. Our property no longer feels damp and the loft is now dry. We would definitely recommend Past and Present for their customer service and expertise. Well done.

Excellent service, highly recommend,after the bad weather we had issues with roof tiles replaced and sorted out leak on garage roof, top class service.

Came round to look at my roof and gave me a price which was OK, then I had a 2nd roofer round and when they looked in the loft the roofer from Turtons had left a roof tile out of place so I would not trust this lot.

J & S Turton did a marvellous job when they remodelled our bathroom in December. Reasonable quote, with no hidden costs at the end. They started the job on time, and the quality of work was excellent. They were polite and tidy in the house. All in all a great business who I would highly recommend.

Matthew removed a window and created space for a new front door with side panels. All work was completed to a high quality and on time. What impressed me most was the time taken to ensure no damage was done to all parts of the house and driveway, and the fact that they always cleaned up before they left at the end of the day. I will definitely use Matthew again and would recommend him and his teams work to anyone.

Mathew done a natural indian sand stone patio in my own house and a few steps, this was to a very high standard. Mathew and the boys are very highley qualified trades men.

Absolutely shocking service. Took over 2000 pounds from my elderly parents for a garage that was ordered with a tin roof. They then tried to be fly by not felting under the tin which caused major leaks as the tin was also cut way too short. Tried numerous times to contact the boss and got fobbed off repeatedly. Finally months later they turned up fitted correct wood on the roof and felted as initially requsted however they refused to fix the tin roof and threatened to walk off the job. The boss Ernie who was there also found it acceptable to be verbally abusive to my elderly parents. He even instructed them to get in the house out the way and that he spends more in the pub on a Saturday than my parents paid for the whole job. I'd never recommend this place and now resorting to contacting solicitor again to get this fixed. Will also be contacting trading standards. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THAE PLAGUE.

Ground Works and Drainage, finding and then fixing a ground water issue we were having. Excellent work and great communication all the way through what was quite a challenging investigation and solution, highly recommend Robb and his team!

I obtained a few quotes and found them reasonable and as the surveyor spoke well of them I used them rather than the other quotes and I am so pleased I found them. Being exceptionally pleased with the work AllroundUK had previously competed for me I am a repeat customer. This time I had some very tricky worktops replaced in my kitchen and a large amount of tiling above them. I was thrilled with the results. My house is a 16th century cottage so the walls are a challenge. Gavin's attention to detail was fantastic, nothing was an issue and the results are incredible! Exceptionally pleased customer. We had a considerable amount of work done and we really feel that we got value for money. From the beginning everything ran smoothly. They were happy to show us (ongoing) work in the neighbourhood. Everything was explained in detail to us by Saul Dix i.e. the quotation and work to be carried out. He also checked with us a quite few times to make sure we were happy with what was going on. There was no 'hard sell' whatsoever. The work was completed in the expected time frame. The workmen (Barry, Mark and Robbie) were polite and efficient. We are not experts in roofing but it looks fabulous and we have every confidence in the standard of workmanship. The site was left tidy every night (hosed) and the main work area was given an extra clean upon completion. Windows and sills were also cleaned. BMCCS excelled our expectations.
