Paid another company to service our alarm, they messed up our system and said it needed replacing but they still charged £135. Called Abbotts on Tuesday morning, all sorted the same day for £88. Wish we had called Abbotts first.

Phoned am, Engineer called pm and fixed the problem. I was willing to have a full service with a new battery but was told the Engineer will advise. He did and a full service and battery was not required. Excellent service and price and it is refreshing to find a Company who puts the customer first.

Have used Abbot Alarms for a couple of years now initially to install an alarm and then for maintenance and service. Their service is excellent from the moment you first contact them to the engineers who attend callouts everyone is polite, competent and keep you updated with progress. The prices are competitive too. I would certainly recommend.

This has to be one of the best companies I have probably ever had to deal with from an enquiry a few backs to an installation of cctv cameras today. The two lads who fitted them namely Sean and Callum are two of the nicest young gents you could wish to meet, coupled with that they were efficient very conscientious,highly professional and very very courteous. The job was done promptly with minimum fuss and finished off with a full explanation of how the system works, thank you very much

We had been let down many times by the company that installed our alarm, when they failed to show up again we decided enough is enough. We made one phone call to Abbott's, problem sorted the next day without drama. They confirmed everything via text message and the engineer called us when he was 1/2hour away. Happy to recommend.

Really pleased with work. Sean arrived before I got home but waited and was very pleasant. I asked him to look at the control panel as well as the work I booked and he replaced that for me as well, bonus. Excellent work at a reasonable price

Been looking for a Alarm/Security fitter to upgrade a tired alarm for some time. We were having an ongoing problem with our alarm system. The company that originally fitted it and wanted to fit a new system. We were advised by a friend to contact Abbotts and they were out and resolved the problem the next day. Fantastic service and at a good price. Thanks again.

Amazing coincidence. We had our alarm repaired by Abbotts this week, they diagnosed and quoted on the phone. They arrived at the time agreed and charged as quoted., I've just found out this is the same company that installed my parents alarm 23 years ago, and their alarm is still working fine. My parents also recommend this company.

My alarm wouldn't work. My usual alarm company couldn't or wouldn't repair it and still charged me for their time. Called Abbott's, problem solved on second visit, only charged £126. I've already booked a service for next year.

Thank you. Abbotts came to our rescue in the middle of the night when our usual alarm company didn't answer our calls for help. When our guarantee expires we will definitely be moving to Abbotts, brilliant company. My advise, choose a company that offers a 24 hour service, choose Abbotts.

I had some upgrades on my intruder alarm system just over a year ago (2015) and decided at the time to take a service agreement out with Abbotts. One of their engineers came out today and serviced my intruder alarm and helped program some settings for me. I would truly recommend this company, they are proficient, professional and friendly... 5 Star

I phoned Abbotts at about 8.30 on Friday night in desperation after calling quite a few other so called 24 hour alarm companies. After a power cut I could not disable my alarm. The phone was answered straight away by a very helpful man who tried to help me solve the problem by giving me advice over the phone but as the fault was in the box mounted high up on the wall outside I could not do this myself. the man came out within half an hour and sorted the problem out. excellent service.

Following a problem with my alarm going and not being able to turn it off one Saturday afternoon I was so thankful that of all the companies I could have picked from I chose Abbott's Security. What a lovely genuine man, told me exactly what to do over the phone to turn off my alarm. Its nice to know there are still some genuine people out there as im sure some might have been tempted to have said "we need to send an engineer to sort it" and charge me for it! Thank You I will now be using this company in the future to service and maintain my alarm.
