We have just returned from a few days in Chester and on our arrival at Chester Station a bus was waiting outside. We asked the driver if he went near Lower Bridge Street and he said he didn't but could drop us off at a stop nearby and we would only have a 5 min walk to our hotel. The driver told us where to get off and on departing handed us a diagram and instructions of how to get to our hotel. I would like to thank the driver for perfect instructions and for taking the time to draw us a very useful diagram which was spot on. I wish I had got his name because he is an employee in a million

I would advise people not to use this bus company has drivers are nasty and horrible and bullying people with learning disabilities and not giving the elderly are chance to sit down before the bus moves also a few drivers smoke on theses buses
