major problem with keyboard not responding solved quickly and only paid small labour fee highly recommended

My son dropped his laptop on the way home from school last month and when he turned it on it said fan disconnected computer needs to shut down to protect system from over heating. I called Woodgate computers to see what they suggested and ended up calling into the shop the following day, I explained what had happened and they said it was an easy fix but could I leave it with them until lunch time as they where a little busy. I arrived back just after 1pm and it was all fixed back to normal, my son is over the moon. Very good service and I will use again if we have another problems.

The manager offered me Free Friendly advice when i bought my apple mac book pro in. he resolved my problem which was cloud backup. Thet were so professorial n friendly i would recomend

Found a review on the internet that recommended Woodgate computers so I though I would give them a try. Laptop repaired in a couple of days, good price service, staff ok as well.

Very prompt service and extremely efficient. The staff, especially Stuart, very friendly, easy to converse with when one is computer-illiterate, no feeling of being patronised for lack of computer/IT knowledge/skills. I would recommend this company fully for their professionalism, knowledge and experience.

Tekeez and in this instance, Stuart, you helped me sort out my confusion with all the different websites I need to be connected to and got it all synced with my various devices. My 5 star review has been turned into a 3 star review, they have been eaten, so here I am posting again, as I would always award them 5 stars and a sticky bun it this website would take it. here is my review, again. What would I do if I didn't have Tekeez? possibly dig a hole and disappear, as they talk sense, speak simply, understand my non tech. lack of logic and still sort me out. Look no further for great support and I would recommend their contract plans, as that means you have the security of knowing that when ever, yes I mean when ever you have a question, they will have the answer.

These guys are brilliant. Polite, helpful, honest and willing to take the time to explain what they are doing and why. They put you at ease with their calm manner and open approach. Computer repairs can be a mine field. These chaps take all that stress away.

Highly professional. They contacted me promptly via email and phone call regarding my device repair. The cost was a bit pricey but the service was prompt and comes with a one-year warranty. Highly recommended.
