DO NOT use this company!! Without doubt the worst service I have ever had. Told our wait for a transfer back to our car would be 10 minutes waited 20 to be told there's no room for us and he'd be back in another 20 mins. I told him what we had waited to which his answer was well there's only one of me girl. It's not my fault the bigger van broke.....pretty sure it wasn't ours either!! So 50 mins later he turns up but has to top up his card to leave the car park....another 5 min wait. Then we finally get back to learn he doesn't know where my car is. Turns out they forgot to get it out of the compound......yet another wait. So an hour and 10 minutes after we made a call for a pick up we finally got our car back. No apology. Just a bad attitude.
