We had a bad stain on our main lounge carpet which needed attention ASAP. I contacted Cochrane's and they attended within the hour even though it was a Saturday morning. The carpet was dry cleaned and the stain was removed completely. It was a friendly and efficient service and I have no problem in recommending them to anyone and awarding them 5 stars
