Base Computer Services Ltd has been established in Eltham for over 27 years and offer a comprehensive range of professional IT support and repair services for businesses and home users. We repair servers, PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, games consoles and phones. All repairs are carried out on the premises by one of our qualified engineers. All work is guaranteed. As an Authorised Service Centre for Epson printers we can repair them in and out of warranty. All warranty repairs are free of charge. If you're having problems, why not pop along to our store in Eltham and have a chat with one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you can't get out then give us a call or arrange for an engineer to come out and visit you at work or at home. Base Computer Services Ltd provide a comprehensive range of computer repair services for businesses, schools, charities and home users in the local area, i have a net cafe in the town and usually use them for my lab repairs. they are very trained and professional service men.

I used Base to repair my Google Nexus 7 tablet, which had a broken motherboard. Their staff were consistently friendly and helpful and repaired the tablet for me for a very reasonable price. Very highly recommended.

Since I moved to the area I encountered few computer, desktop, laptop issues. From the unusual mother board issue to the common virus problem. In every case the team have been just great. They always found the issue and solved in timely manner and also at value for money cost. They even repaired my TomTom broken screen. Nothing will stop them. However in case where the repair would not be cost effective .i.e. my Epson printer being ruined by none genuine ink they fairly advised me not to repair it and rather make a claim to the ink manufacturer or buy a new printer. I made the claim and got a new printer on replacement of the damaged one! If you want value for money, fast professional service and honesty, Therefore I recommend Base computer !!! I used Base Computer Services when my HP Pavilion stopped working. They fixed it in short notice but didn't charge me any extra for the fast repair. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I was pretty satisfied with the service offered, my computer had stopped working for reasons unknown to me as I am not a computer expert and I really have no clue why these machines behave the way they do sometimes, so I took my computer to this guys and to my satisfaction they gave it back to me in working order, the only thing is that I thought they charged me a bit too much for a 4 years old computer which I believe is probably worth nothing.

Having dropped my laptop (broken screen and possible other damage) I took it to Base at 9am explaining the urgency. My laptop was repaired (new screen and hard drivedata checked) in under an hour for a great price. Also very pleasant to deal with. If Carlsberg made computer repair companies they would be like Base.
