Very prompt service and extremely efficient. The staff, especially Stuart, very friendly, easy to converse with when one is computer-illiterate, no feeling of being patronised for lack of computer/IT knowledge/skills. I would recommend this company fully for their professionalism, knowledge and experience.

Tekeez and in this instance, Stuart, you helped me sort out my confusion with all the different websites I need to be connected to and got it all synced with my various devices. When you left I felt so happy and relieved that I could now sit down and use things properly. I so appreciate your professionalism, patience and kindness. Once again you've come up trumps. Thank you so much for your advice. It was in fact the unit did need replacing and now everything is working tickety-boo thanks to you. Why? Because I would have bought a whole new system if it wasn't for you. Once again, thank you so much for your advice. You always give 110 per cent customer service.

My 5 star review has been turned into a 3 star review, they have been eaten, so here I am posting again, as I would always award them 5 stars and a sticky bun it this website would take it. here is my review, again. What would I do if I didn't have Tekeez? possibly dig a hole and disappear, as they talk sense, speak simply, understand my non tech. lack of logic and still sort me out. Look no further for great support and I would recommend their contract plans, as that means you have the security of knowing that when ever, yes I mean when ever you have a question, they will have the answer.

Tekeez are just the best. Superb service, attentive and always more than willing to help. I have nothing but the highest regard for their helpfulness and professionalism. Unlike most IT companies I have had to use for my business in the past, it really feels like you are dealing with real people who care rather than just employees - that is because you are! All this is great but what is even better is that since moving to Tekeez my IT costs have nearly halved. Keep up the good work and thanks.
