Services include help with Windows PCs and laptops, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email, cloud services, WiFi and wireless network support, network cabling, data recovery support, routers, firewalls, backups and day to day computer problems. We also help when a problem affects more than one person, device or system, such as shared email, cloud files, printers, internet access or office networks. Before recommending changes, we check what is happening, what is affected and what the customer needs. This helps keep the advice realistic and avoids unnecessary work.
