We also offer a repair service and we are happy to quote for small or large jobs from replacement window handles to double glazed window units or a new conservatory roof. All of our products are available for supply and installation by us. Our team will work closely with you to determine what style and type of windows, doors or conservatories you are after. We also offer our products on a supply only basis for you or your own contractor to install. Customer is King in Wrexham - 8 Jan 23

We've used Alpha a couple of times over the last few years. They used to be a decent company to deal with but lately they are unfortunately not. We had many issues on our latest project (all due to products supplied by Alpha). Simon, the owner, couldn't even be bothered to come out and see for himself the issues we had. We still to this day haven't resolved these issues but we will have the last laugh. I wouldn't use Alpha again. They're too concerned on making as much money as they can and not customer service anymore unfortunately.
