    Now branded DHL Parcel UK, absolutely apalling Euro service received, do not use these, they either take 14-20 days to deliver euro shipments, or return them to sender with no reason given. Pay the 10% extra and use DPD!

    Great Company especially Amy in Customer service. She helped me about a delivery that I had cancelled by mistake and had been changed to tomorrow which was inconvenient to me and my 6yr old Granddaughter. Thanks to Amy xx
