We had a considerable amount of work done and we really feel that we got value for money. From the beginning everything ran smoothly. They were happy to show us (ongoing) work in the neighbourhood. Everything was explained in detail to us by Saul Dix i.e. the quotation and work to be carried out. He also checked with us a quite few times to make sure we were happy with what was going on. There was no 'hard sell' whatsoever. The work was completed in the expected time frame. The workmen (Barry, Mark and Robbie) were polite and efficient. We are not experts in roofing but it looks fabulous and we have every confidence in the standard of workmanship. The site was left tidy every night (hosed) and the main work area was given an extra clean upon completion. Windows and sills were also cleaned. BMCCS excelled our expectations. We had David round a few years back to replace our roof in our old house. When we moved into our new house we called David back and asked him to come over and have a look and to let us know if anything needed sorting as it was an old house. David was punctual and polite, he took pictures of the roof to show us what needed doing so we could see for ourselves No job is to small for David and he always goes above and beyond to get the job done to an amazing standard He is always on time and if for any reason another job has overrun because of weather etc then he communicates very well with us to keep us in the loop I would always highly recommend him

We chose FTA Roofers as we had been let down by another roofing company. They gave us a quote agreed the work and came out when they said they would. We had a leak in the roof so this was a time sensitive job. The job was done and we have no more leaks. the roofers were polite, professional and tidied up after they had finished the job. I would use them again although I am moving from the area and I would recommend FTA Roofers to anyone who has the same roofing issues.

FTA Roofers, Hornchurch, were very good, they came and carried out the work without needing to bother me really. They replaced part of my flat roof, I'm pleased with the roof so far, however we've not had any bad weather to test it out, but it looks good. The only thing is that I'm still waiting for my certificate to come for the work. I've tried on numerous occasions to contact them for this, but they've always said they've got a backlog. I would use them again as the service provided was very good. I have a number of people looking for a roofer and I really want to recommend them, it's only the missing certificate that's stopping me at the moment.

I used S R Roofers for some small repairs to my guttering & soffits. I was happy with their work & I would recommend them. They only downside for me was the 2 month delay in getting the job done.

I had some repairs to my roof by S R Roofers and thought the service was very good. This was my first time using them, would definitely use them again. I would recommend them to others as they were friendly, arrived on time and tidied after themselves.

S R Roofers came to clear my guttering but in the process found some cracks on some ridge tiles so fixed that as well for me. They did a very good job and left everything clean and tidy, I would recommend them.

We found SR Roofers on a Check a Trade leaflet as we need the felt replacing on the garden shed. While they were doing this, they had a look at the bonnet tiles on our bungalow & took photo's to show they were old & crumbling so we asked them to give us a quote which we accepted. They did a fantastic job, no complaints at all. They worked over a bank holiday to finish the job & left everything very clean & tidy. We have since recommended them to our neighbours.
