He came to view the project (a garden fence) and spent time with me explaining how he would proceed. This was followed up the next day by a comprehensive written estimate comprising the itemised cost of the materials required and the labour charges, a full description of the materials being used, the possibility of extra payment for unforeseen problems or a refund for any unused materials and photographs of other customers work that he had done. The price was extremely competitive compared with other quotes for the same work. The work was carried out on time, on the day arranged, and completed to a high standard. I was consulted when necessary to ensure they were doing exactly what I wanted. I am very happy with the end result and the professionalism shown by him and his team throughout. It was money well spent and I have no reservations about recommending Fence man John.
