Very unprofessional firm and not equipped to do the job. All they had to do was move a piano from one room to another. They tried lifting it with furniture straps, dropped it several times and damaged it. Although they offered to pay for a repair to the piano they then refused to pay me unless I signed to say it was a Full and Final Settlement. This is despite the fact it has not been possible to repair properly and is permanently damaged. The silent system built within the piano is also now impossible to use. They refused to pay to rectify that. Avoid this firm at all costs. I have had to pay for repairs out of my own pocket and they refuse to repay me what I have spent to try and put right damage caused through their incompetence.

Great service from Craig and his team. Reliable and efficient provided great advice about the work which should be undertaken on my two trees both of which had TPOs on them. Highly recommend

I cannot recommend Blackwell Tree Solutions highly enough. They came recommended by neighbours, gave a very competitive quote, arrived on time, worked hard and did a great job pruning back a large overgrown beech tree. The tree looks so much better and the team were extremely thorough removing all the waste.

Blackwell Tree Solutions have recently taken out a large tree for me. They worked very hard and got it all done in 1 day. They left no mess at all. I will be recommending them to my friends and family
