Having bought my carpets online, Alan provided an excellent fit only service and was able to provide a few extra bits and pieces. He managed to squeeze the job in even though it was just before Christmas. I found his communications to be clear and accurate, great price and very friendly local guys. We took a while looking for a company that could give companionship and friendship to our mum without the need for personal care. Mum remains quite independent but has short-term memory loss and needs prompting and support. The carers that visit mum are so friendly and patient with her and we notice much improvement in her mood just in the last few weeks. Since reluctantly giving up her driving licence she has lost much of her independence but the carers now take her out in the car and she goes shopping so that she can choose her own groceries. I live two hours away from my mother and my brother is a full-time carer himself, Right At Home gives us peace of mind. Communication is excellent from the care package for my mother to the visit reports on the App OpenPass which can be viewed shortly after the visit.

I could not be more pleased with the care that my parents are receiving. The care staff treat my parents as if they were family. From the initial interviews that took place ensuring that all of the necessary information was gathered and considered before a plan of care was put into place; to the daily and nightly care that happens is simply outstanding. When there have been emergencies and my parents have needed additional time and assistance it has not seemed to be a burden. The staff have stayed late and assisted when needed as well as reassured my family that they were safe and they would be well cared for. The level of care and professionalism with this company is outstanding. I couldn't feel any more reassured that they are in the best hands. I see it with my parents as well. They were wary at first and not convinced that they needed care. I believe that the trust is there and care is reliable as well as comforting that they now feel like part of our family.
