I ordered by phone 2 plants that should have been in flower and was told that they would be with me in 2/3 days. A week later phoned and found that they had been forgotton about so had not been dispatched. Said would send first class. Received two days later in a badly packaged almost square made up box. Plants forced into a right angle with one completely broken and the other in a bit of a state. Rang to complain and was asked to send photos which I then took and sent by email. Then told that they had new packers and also that flowering plants can be cut down to fit box! Asked for replacements or money back but they wanted me to take more of my time to take more photographs or for us to take plants to post office to send back at our time and expense - they would reimbursde us ! Right I am sure! Won't be ordering from here again nor recommending. Wish I had seen these earlier reviews before entering this whole sorry saga.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought plants from this company. I entirely agree very poor only 3 out of 7 plants survived No response to e mail messages Avoid
