Very pleased with my cube set and the quality is excellent. When I unpacked it the glass table top had two deep scratches. Phoned Brooke's to let them know and this is when the problem really began. After endless phone calls and speaking to many different staff I was told to order a replacement glass from a local supplier as it would be to difficult to send from their end. The way in which they dealt with this problem was appalling and I wonder if anything else should happen to this set how good would the ten year guarantee be. Seeing that I had just purchased this set and it took four weeks of endless hassle to sort the problem I dread to think what if something should happen a year or too down the line.

I bought a 4 seater brown cube set and my order was delivered today. Product is very good and delivery staff assemble this product perfectly well for me. They were very understanding and even helped me decide the best location for the set. Very lovely and looks good and push on my patio. I will recommend brooks to anyone looking to buy rattan garden furniture.
