Fantastic DJ and excellent host for the special occasion. We booked Power Sounds Disco and Karaoke for my 40th birthday and had a fabulous time. The evening went so well and dance floor remained full as our DJ knew what tunes to play to keep the crowd entertained. My head hurt the next day so you know it was a great night. We had so many compliments and have already booked then again for our next event.

We booked Power Sounds Discos And Karaoke, Dartford, for our staff appreciation day and were overall very impressed. The only thing we would advise them is to be more prepared as the batteries in the microphone didn't work and there were some technical issues with the mic and speakers. But once that had all been sorted out the disco itself was great and we were very impressed with the DJ and lights and they'd brought a TV for the karaoke. Even with the technical blip, we are planning on using them in the future.

Daren and his assistant Gerwyn just completed a 2m high, 14.5m long garden party wall construction in double concrete block at my house in Blackwood. Having interviewed several builders, I knew within minutes of him measuring up the site and beginning to discuss our options that whatever his price, Darren would get the job. He is keen, fair and calculated on pricing and accurate in his estimating. He is open minded and willing to think about how best to achieve the optimum result that is what he and Gerwyn achieved. They are an excellent working team and I unhesitatingly recommend D J Hopkins building services. Darren is only interested in executing the best work. My advice is don't mess him around on price, he is completely trustworthy and don't look for the cheapest option, he is not the cheapest but he is the best because he is intelligent and skillful. He enjoys working with architects and I enjoyed working with him. Five stars...a breath of fresh air in the Valleys.

Darren has just completed our home and garden renovation works and we couldnt be happier. From pricing and through every stage of the work we couldnt be happier, his attention to detail and workmanship is second to none, and he genuinely gave us the impression throughout that he cares and treats your home as his own. We moved out for 10 weeks during the work but despite this Darren left our home clean and tidy at the end of each and every day which cannot be underestimated. Highly recommended!
