Staff were friendly and accommodating - I was cold so an extra heater was brought in for however the waxing I had done wasnt done throughly, patches of hair were left and it was a poor job

I've been going to Aisha for hair colour for years. She is very experienced and she owns/part owns several other ships around East London. She is the very best of the best for eyebrow threading, hair cuts and hair tints. Aisha and Nadia are lovely; very friendly and knowledgeable. So many time I have ventured to other places and each time I've come back here when a colour has gone wrong somewhere else and they fix it to look amazing. There is also free parking available at this salon if you phone ahead! Five stars!

I had a very bad experrience. They tried to claim they had years of experience and was able to dye my hair the colour I asked for when infact it came out orange/ginger. When i came back and said this is not the hair colour I asked for they claimed I said I liked it. I paid £110 for something which I could have done better at home. When I went to re-dye I said to do dye all my natural hair colour which was dark brown and they dyed jet black. No partial refund was offered. A total waste of money and a very bad experience. I do not recommend, do not ever go here to dye your hair!
