Friendly people and great atmosphere. I injured my wrist quite badly and didn't think I would be able to get back to my fitness level. The trainers at One Twenty have been there to not only help improve my technique but push my fitness and I am glad to say I am probably in the best shape I have ever been. I would definitely recommend One Twenty to anyone no matter your fitness ability. I think the best part about One Twenty is the fact that you never do the same training session twice. I am someone who gets bored doing cardio especially on machines in a gym, but at one twenty the trainers make the session really flexible to suit you so for me I always choose to run outside instead of on a treadmill.
