About Us Open 7.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding inset days and public holidays, we offer a fully inclusive service. Free Government Funded nursery Places for 2, 3 and 4 year olds (2 year olds must be eligible for a free nursery place) Our nursery provides excellent care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Our highly knowledgeable and skilled practitioners ensure that your child's days are filled full of learning through play. Children love our large garden and spacious rooms where they can free-flow with ease. We are proud to have long term practitioners, offering stability and continuity of care for our children. We also want to share our knowledge and experience with parents and hold regular parent training sessions including First Aid and School Readiness programmes. Our nursery provides excellent care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Nursery on the Green is a converted building in the Village of Redbourn. Much of the character of the building has been retained to provide spacious and interesting rooms for the children on the ground floor of the day nursery. All children have daily access to our fantastic secure and enclosed garden as we fully recognise the impact that being outdoors has on a child's social, emotional and physical development. The nursery provides a happy, social environment where every child is treated as an individual. Children's days are packed full of activities designed in line with EYFS principles and implemented by our highly trained and knowledgeable staff. We offer an fully inclusive service that includes formula milk, nappies, nappy cream, baby wipes, sun cream and freshly prepared, well-balanced meals throughout the day and all activities. Located close to St Albans and Hemel Hempstead with excellent transport links nearby and easy access to the M1.

At Woodlands Day Nursery in Barnet children's days are packed full of activities designed in line with EYFS principles and implemented by our highly trained and knowledgeable staff. Recently renovated, our fantastic, large outdoor space is packed full of features specially designed to nurture children's imaginations. All of the children in our nursery have daily access to this wonderful space and experience age appropriate activities. Whether it's learning about the natural world in our bug shed or building imaginations in the play house, there is something inspiring happening in the garden every day, at Woodlands Day Nursery.
