This recently extended leisure centre in Ashfield features the very latest facilities that will help you achieve all your fitness goals, with a fantastic gym, swimming pool, three group fitness studios, a four-court sports hall and more. The state-of-the-art gym offers over 100 pieces of the latest, most advanced cardio and muscular fitness equipment, complete with a full weights section and a functional training area that can be tailored to cater for a wide variety of gym-goers of any fitness level. With a variety of new group exercise studios, there is a huge selection of group fitness classes for you to enjoy. Ranging from intense calorie-killing classes in the group exercise and cycling studios, to more relaxed, calming sessions in the Earth and Sky Virtual Studio. This is a holistic studio with a wonderfully calming ambience, offering a full virtual programme of yoga, Pilates and more. Whatever your fitness goals may be, you're sure to find the right class for you, while the social nature of the sessions means you can meet new people too. The six-lane, 25-metre swimming pool is the perfect place for you and your family to have fun and get active. Everyone Active host all sorts of swim sessions, including inflatable sessions, aqua classes, general swim for everyone to enjoy and award-winning swimming lessons for children and adults.
