After stupidly locking ourselves out of the house AND leaving keys in all the door locks, it seemed that the only way to get in would either be to smash a window or have a locksmith drill out the lock…..either way very expensive. We googled for locksmiths and Keytech came up. After calling and getting an engineer booked they turned up only about 20 minutes later. Colin the saviour was here! After trying for only 20 minutes, Colin managed to get us back into the house without damaging anything! Completely amazed at the skill and care he took throughout. In a major rush to get out of the house this morning, I managed to take the wrong set of keys… that sinking feeling when you shut the door and realise you've locked yourself out is the worst! Luckily I had my phone on me and after a quick Google search, I found Keytek. A brief call with a friendly advisor and hey presto - a locksmith was with me within half an hour and I was back in the house! The locksmith Ed was great and, for a small extra fee (the charge for basic lockout like mine was £89+VAT), he actually changed the whole lock as we'd been having trouble with it sticking for months. Overall it was a stress-free experience (as far as being locked out can be!) and through Keytech I have now found a trusty local locksmith if I ever get caught out again

Rang in the morning with a lock problem and a very efficient and friendly receptionist gave all the info re charges and eta for having the lock looked at.
