The booking process over the phone was so easy - and a technician was made available for the date and time that suited me. The technician was clearly extremely knowledgeable and polite. We have just moved into the area and left our keys in the house and shut the door. Our new neighbour very kindly called Keyteck locksmiths who arrived well within the time quoted. He abided to the social distancing rules and was in the house within 10 minutes. Lesson learnt

The service I received from technician was very professional, friendly and quick. Was back in my house within 10 minutes of him arriving. Only negative was the 90 minute wait in the middle of the day and the sizeable charge at end, which can't be helped I suppose

Knew the door was bust as soon as Id shut it but that sinking feeling was soon revoked after calling KeyTek. Got through in seconds, friendly, easy customer service and the locksmith arrived 50 minutes later! He was a true professional and had the job done within two minutes to a very high standard and left no mess. The locksmith himself was very friendly and advised of how to maintain our new lock and get the money back on the nearly-new broken lock. Highly recommend
