Phoned Michael Friday night as door mechanism had failed, was willing to come out straight away but problem could wait till morning, was out early Saturday morning fitted an emergency lock till he soured as replacement, bank holiday weekend Michael again out early Tuesday problem fixed quickly door working again. Michael was professional no nonsense and extremely polite and has equipment to pay the bill plus sends an electronic receipt, highly recommend his business.

After having another locksmith come out and tell me the door was too old to be fixed and all internal workings would need to be replaced at a cost of £600 I decided to get a second opinion. Michael was able to fit me in at the end of the same day I called. He arrived and took a few minutes to examine the lock in the door. After finding the correct part from his van it was fitted and tested within 15 minutes. The job was efficient, clean and guaranteed for a year. And was more than £400 cheaper than we were quoted by the other locksmith. Its great to find a tradesman who isnt trying to rip you off, does great work and is polite and friendly with it.

What a service. Phoned Armalock at 20.15. He explained he would be with us as soon as possible as he was working on another call out. He arrived at 22.00 hours and diagnosed problem with our door lock within minutes. Micheal put temporary lock on door to secure our house. He ordered new lock gear and returned to fit that to door within one day of the supplier being open for business ie the second day after call out. We are extremely happy with work and service. He hid nothing explaining everything he did. The cost was very reasonable. I recommend Armalock to anyone looking for a first class locksmith.
