I rang the office late on Friday expecting to make an appointment for the following week, but I was told that someone would be out to fix my locking problem early that evening. Having given my details I waited. Just before 7 pm the locksmith arrived , diagnosed my problem having dismantled the lock and remedied my problem having fully explained what the problems were. The whole process was very efficient and I was charged for the call out which I thought was very reasonable for a Friday evening! Job well done!

Very good and friendly service. I was able to book a repair to a upvc door at an elderly relatives house despite living 50miles away and unable to travel due to lockdown. Your operative was on time and efficiently opened the door within a few minutes. He advised the existing mortice lock was not only broken but was not up to standard. He replaced it from stock carried on the van, and the keep all within the hour despite it needing a little carpentry.

Came out really quickly. Our locksmith Rob was great and identified the problem straight away, being familiar with the type of lock and door as had experience of issues with similar locks elsewhere. Had us fixed in no time plus gave all the locking points on the door a good once over, making a few adjustments so the issue doesn't happen again. Also showed us some useful preventative actions to do in the future to stop it happening again. Really good service.

It was a cold winter night, the temperature was freezing. What happened to be a simple trip to tesco turned out to be a nightmare . we couldn't open the lock to get in our home.We tried to call our local locksmith, but he said he has wrapped up work . Then, we found keytek who mentioned in their website that they are emergency locksmiths ,who operate 24 hours. I called their office and the call was picked up . The office said they will send some one in next 30 min and max 1 hour. They kept their word and sent an excellent locksmith named Tony. Tony was very professional. With in 5 mins of his arrival, he fixed the problem with lock and let us all inside. Then he fitted the new lock. The job was done to a great standard. Thanks keytek once again

Dal,the engineer who did the work, was ultra efficient..He arrived within a few hours of contacting Keytek.
