• I was struggling to find a company that would replace an old handle for the upvc door, told I would have to replace the whole door. I called Rick and sent a picture to him. He assured me that he could find the correct handle for the door, it's just obsolete and will need a bit of research. Two days later he had one and installed it for me. Definitely went above and beyond to help out and it's really appreciated!

• Composite door lock barrel renewed on my air b&b when the customer could not lock the door. Responded straight away which was a relief as I now live over 200 miles away. Fantastic service and I would use again.
