They drove from Bristol to London to repair my daughters scooter. After inspecting it, they honestly explained that it was at the end of its life, so we visited their store to purchase a new one. Throughout the whole experience, they were incredibly kind, caring, knowledgeable, and honest. Such a lovely company to deal with we couldnt recommend them highly enough.

Having used Elite Mobility before, we contacted them again when looking for a new lightweight scooter. We were extremely pleased with the service, from the home visit right through to delivery.

I've been really pleased with the service from Elite Mobility. I had an issue to start with but the engineer came out and showed me where I was going wrong. Every call and every question has been answered and I'm very happy.

I recently purchased a new wheelchair from Elite Mobility. Since I only have one leg, the seat height is really important for me it needs to be 21 inches so I can slide easily across to my bed. When the chair was delivered, I could see right away that the seat was too high, and when measured it turned out to be 22.5 inches. The delivery person was very apologetic and immediately took the chair back. I was really pleased that I only had to wait three days for the correct one to be delivered. Ive used Elite Mobility in the past, and on both occasions their service has been excellent

I contacted Elite in Bristol to request a brochure, and a couple of weeks later they called to check if Id received it. When I mentioned that it hadnt arrived, they offered to send someone round the next day with one and to answer any questions. I ended up buying two scooters! I did have a small issue with the ignition barrel on the smaller one, but they sent someone out with a replacement within an hour. Fantastic service Im so pleased that Ive already passed the brochure on to a friend.

We had a home visit from Graeme, who was very helpful and took the time to explain the different scooters to us. We ended up spending a bit more than we originally planned, but were hoping itll be worth it! I havent had much chance to use it yet as Im waiting to go into hospital, but Im looking forward to trying it properly once Im back home.

We contacted Elite Mobility and spoke with Mike Haw, who patiently went over the instructions with us. He also clarified the importance of unplugging the charger once the battery is fully charged to prevent any damage. Overall, the service has been very good and our queries were responded to promptly.

This is my 3rd time using Elite Mobility. I've recently upgraded to the latest carbon fibre mobility scooter. It's much lighter & the mechanical folding feature makes it much easier to use. I've always been very happy with the service I've received & would happily recommend them.

I am not happy with Elite Mobility. I was given a brief demonstration when I received my scooter but asked for an instruction manual to help me use it, the guy said he didn't have one but would get one sent out to me. I called 4 times and each time they said it had been sent but I wasn't receiving anything. When I did eventually receive it, I looked through and it wasn't what I was wanting so I asked for my money back. As it had taken them so long to send out the manual I was over the 14 day period from which I could return it and they have refused to do anything. So I have a £4.5k scooter sat there that I can't use.

My review is mixed, I am happy overall with the scooter however I still have some issues outstanding and have not had any response to my email. The documentation I received wasn't 100% as it's for an older version. I feel they are very good when selling but the aftersale has not been as good. The pricing was a little high but they do deliver quite a distance from where they are based. If my issues were resolved I would rate them higher.

Elite Mobility have been good, the young salesman who came round was very nice and not at all pushy. I would say that the instruction manual is rubbish and it was a little on the expensive side even though we bought second hand. I would recommend them though.

I purchased a new mobility scooter that was easier for my husband to fold down & lift into our car. I've had a couple of issues with it, one being a light which they came to fix within a day or two & the other the seat. It feels unstable and wobbly, particularly noticeable when travelling on uneven or sloped surfaces. Elite Mobility have advised it's part of the scooters design so I'm going to keep an eye it & will call them again if need be.

The staff at Elite mobility especially Ryan are very polite and efficient. Unfortunately I'm not overly happy with the chair I bought, I feel quite vulnerable using it as I have nothing in front of me and feel I could tip over.

Unfortunately my purchase wasn't originally what I wanted. I told the sales person what I needed and it did not meet my requirements. Ive used Elite Mobility a couple of times, and unfortunately, my experience hasnt been great. I felt pressured into buying a wheelchair that I didnt really want or need, and the after-sales service has been disappointing. Once the sale was made, it felt like the support dropped off completely. Overall, I wouldnt use them again or recommend them to others based on my experience.

My dad contacted Elite Mobility when looking for a mobility scooter. An appointment was made for a home visit on a date that I could also be there. The salesman Ryan was brilliant, he took time to speak with my dad the find out exactly what he needed, there was no hard sell. My dad loves the scooter, it's a manual folding one that's light weight making it easier to get in & out of the car, he's even bought side mirrors for it. The initial call to Elite Mobility wasn't the best, the gentleman that answered the call wasn't very understanding when we wanted an appointment date that I could be there for & we nearly didn't proceed. I glad we did as Ryan is such a lovely guy who's an absolute credit to the company,

I called Elite Mobility from an advert in the newspaper as I looking to upgrade my mobility scooter. A lovely gentleman helped me choose a new one though I can't remember his name. I found the option to part exchange very helpful as they took my old scooter away & put my new one straight into my car for me. I've scored them a 4 as I found the price was a bit more than I was originally looking to pay.

Excellent service, I called on the Sunday, they called me back on the Monday, I had a demonstration on the Tuesday and my 2nd hand scooter was delivered on the Friday and came in under my budget.

The scooter I brought was very reasonably priced and the power is good. It is a good upgrade to my old scooter.

I've recently replaced my mobility scooter with an ex demo of the same model. The scooter is my life line, it allows my to explore my local area, I've found many local routes that allow me to enjoy the beautiful views close to where I live. Elite Mobility are not the cheapest however they provide very good after care & I've always found them very helpful.

I only purchased the scooter as I'm unwell & I now wish I hadn't bothered. I think it was far too expensive & if I could return it I would. I'm only giving a 1 star based on the price.

I ordered a scooter from Elite Mobility. It's a bit complicated to work and the instruction booklet isn't easy to read. I have a slight issue with the door which they've said I need to bang a bit harder to close it properly which I struggle with but I like some of the other features.

Graham was very knowledgeable & helpful, he explained everything right down to the tyre pressure. We had to wait a fortnight for delivery as my wife wanted a the mink coloured one. The after service has been very good as well. We had a little hiccup where the delivery driver asked us to pay for a bag that we thought was included in the price, he made a phone call & they agreed no payment was due. We have already recommended them to some of our friends.

I ordered a powered wheelchair for my relative. We've had a few niggles with it that we've reported and if it happens again it would require fixing. I understand it's second hand but it shouldn't cut out that quickly. Also it would have been helpful to have been given an instruction booklet. The delivery guy went through everything with us but it's hard to take everything in at the time. I would still recommend them as they have been helpful so far.

I use my wheelchair for around 12 hours a day & I'm finding the seat cushion slopes to the back which is causing me some discomfort. I parted exchanged my scooter for a smaller one as my landlord wouldn't allow me to park it outside of my front door. The 1st chap that came round was very nice & helped me find one that I can keep inside my flat. A different chap delivered my new scooter & he didn't seem to know much about it when I asked him a couple of questions about raising the seat, which was a bit disappointing.

I'm very happy with Elite Mobility, a member of the team has come out to help me adjust the seating as I wasn't able to do it myself. I'm still trying to get used to my new scooter as the wheels are narrower then my previous one, hopefully I'll get used to it.

I took my rollator to Elite Mobility Ltd as it needed repairing. They were very good and met all of my expectations. The team were all polite and friendly. I would recommend Elite Mobility to others.

We found Elite Mobility Ltd online and they were also local. We needed to buy my mum a wheelchair that needed specific dimensions due to her lift. I spoke with Tyrone who took all the details. It took 2-3 weeks for us to have the perfect wheelchair and Tyrone suggested a pressure cushion as mum sits in the wheelchair all day. We could only take delivery on a Wednesday which was arranged with no fuss. On delivery the wheelchair was demonstrated together with the cushion and they didn't leave until mum was ok with everything, in fact we needed to get an extra strap and that was ordered and delivered within 3 days. Since the wheelchair has been delivered everything has been perfect. Elite Mobility have been unbelievable from the initial call to delivery and after care. I wouldn't have any hesitation in using them again and to recommend them to anyone. A 5 star service from a 5 star company.

I was out on my scooter and unfortunately it stopped working, it would go for a bit and then stop, we weren't that far from the Elite Mobility Ltd, Bristol, shop and managed to limp there before it konked out completely. They were very helpful in the shop, they had a look at the scooter and it was the battery that had gone flat and water had got in somehow. They dried it out and put it on charge for me and it worked fine. They also noticed that a cap was missing from where you plug it in to charge some they gave me something to cover that as well. They even came back with me to make sure it didn't happen again. I'd definitely use them again, a really good service.

I bought my scooter from Elite Mobility Ltd, Bristol, about 18 months ago and was out on it going to the chemist for my wife when it broke down, it just happened that someone from Elite was also heading in the same direction and asked me if I was OK and if I could walk to the shop, which was a bit too far for me, so he called the shop, they brought a scooter down for me to get to the shop on and they took mine in to have a look at. While they were having a look at mine, they let me borrow the shop scooter so I could get to the chemist and by the time I came back they'd replaced a part in my scooter and it was all working again, within an hour. It was a very good service and they're a nice company. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I got a fantastic service at Elite Mobility and I'm really pleased with the mobility scooter that I have, I haven't been able to use it much yet because of the weather but the times I have I'm very pleased with it, I was treated excellently by them all, especially Tyrone the delivery driver, I would certainly recommend them to others.

I've had 3 mobility scooters, the first one I bought from Gumtree and Elite Mobility were so helpful with telling me what to look out for, they then supplied my second one and it was absolutely perfect, I travelled 5065 in that one in 18 months so just 2 weeks ago I have bought the latest one from them which I have already travelled 230 miles in, I'm not local to where Elite Mobility are based but they still come to me if I have any queries at all, most often the very next day, they are absolutely brilliant, I tell anyone that asks that if you want a mobility scooter that it is well built and will give you great mileage go to Elite, wherever you are based I simply wouldn't go anywhere else for high quality products and a brilliant service.

I have previously used Elite Mobility and I was in fact back in there today for a new bag for my scooter, they are so friendly and helpful, Ian was absolutely excellent, if I could give them 10 stars I would, they come highly recommended from me.

Elite Mobility Ltd were brilliant and very helpful, we purchased a mobility scooter for my wife, and the whole process was simple. They delivered the scooter to us on time, and the staff were friendly throughout. I would absolutely recommend them and give them top marks for their service.
