I am extremely happy with the results after a few visits to the clinic. I get lower back pain. A couple of times a year and after a few visits to John. I am able to resume my gardening Which I am happy to do.

As an osteopath with 40 years experience I was very interested to learn about what IDD has to offer. John has shown me where IDD is applicable and how it can be used to best effect. Like any therapeutic tool, the way that it is applied is vitally important and John and Aphrodite consider each individual case and use IDD where appropriate. If anyone is thinking about IDD I thoroughly recommend exploring suitability with John's help
