We have a No Fix, No Fee policy, and we dont have a Callout Charge. Our rates are stated clearly and upfront on our website, so there are no nasty surprises when our Customers book an appointment. For example, a service to a gas boiler or fire with us is only 46 pounds, and if we are called out for a repair, if we can repair it on the initial visit, we only charge 56 pounds plus the cost of any parts used, regardless of how long the job takes. If we cant complete the repair on the initial visit, eg; the part required isnt in our van stock, we will offer a no obligation quotation to return and complete the work.
