Robin and his apprentice built me a whole new bathroom on a different floor to the (very dilapidated) bathroom that was in my property when I moved in. This included building the walls, ceiling, drilling holes through thick stone for new waste pipes, fitting underfloor heating and of course tiling and fitting my bathroom suite. It looks fantastic, and all this while listening to Women's Hour and Terry Pratchett audio books! Outstanding service.

I called Mysa plumbing at about 5.30pm on a weekday because a well known company (who shall remain nameless) delivered my washing machine but created havoc in trying to plumb it in. Basically the bloke didn't turn the valve off properly, there was no evidence what so ever of a leak from the valve (as they claimed) and so they left me with a flooded kitchen, an unplumbed in washing machine in the middle of the floor, and no cold water to the downstairs. Robin from Mysa Plumbing turned up at 6pm, dealt calmly with both the job and my hysteria, and sorted it within minutes. And cleared up afterwards. Can't recommend him highly enough.

I have no hesitation in recommending Robin who is highly skilled, efficient, a good problem solver, and someone to work with. He created a wonderful bathroom for me with underfloor heating and some very nifty pipe work. The finishing touch was the tiling which shows his really good eye for the finished look.

Mysa Plumbing have done a range of jobs for me. He sees jobs from the client's perspective & is a good communicator. His range of skills is broad. For me it's been from complete plumb of a 5 bed house to the odd fix. He is good with copper; he's installed underfloor heating for me & is good at tackling problems, thinking through the best option that puts the job first. Robin has a full-time assistant & is well connected with other trades (gas engineers, electricians) should they be needed. His rates are reasonable & he always arrives when he says he will. The best bit is he doesn't play loud music while we works.
