Frustrating work ethic. Dealt with Gavin twice. I took time off work, he did not appear or called to warn. Then he just explains that he has "Lost track of time" on another call. We rescheduled and he did it again, only appearing on a 3rd time. That was half a year ago. Just a week ago I've tried arranging again. Same thing - he has failed to appear twice this week. We're done. One needs to take at least 3 days off to finally see this very important plumber, that's not "Affordable gas services".
