About us The Shires is a true 'hidden gem'! We are tucked away in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside just outside of Kirton Lindsey, but easily accessible by road. We have developed a great reputation in recent years for the quality and choice of our food, wide range of ales, lagers and wines, friendly service and an atmosphere that always enhances your experience. We also have one of the best function rooms in Lincolnshire that can cater for 120 people, and that is totally self contained with it's own bar, stage dance floor and toilets. We love being involved in helping you to plan your event, whatever the size or occasion.
