About Us

Since 1999, Paul Hunt has been providing licensed trade and catering stocktaking services to businesses across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Bath and the South West of England. During this time, Paul has supported a wide variety of businesses with stocktake and auditing services including pubs, bars and clubs (night clubs to the Royal British Legion and Working Men's Clubs), hotels and restaurants. Paul Hunt is a qualified member of ILTSAPaul Hunt FILSA is an exam qualified member and Fellow of the Institute of Licensed Trade Stock Auditors (ILTSA), the qualifying body for the Licensed Trade. He has also achieved the coveted ILTSA Accreditation status, meaning that his work practices and procedures have been reviewed by an expert panel of the Institute's stock auditors. In recent years Paul Hunt has joined the Institute's Council of Management supporting the development of the professional body, its training courses and the promotion of the stocktaking and auditing trade. Having gained a City & Guilds qualifications and a BTEC Diploma in Hotel & Catering Studies, Paul Hunt spent the early part of his career in various positions in the hospitality industry. In 1999, Paul took the opportunity to use his experience to move in to stocktaking, purchasing an existing business and working with the vendor for several years to grow his knowledge, experience and develop strong auditing processes. In addition, Paul regularly works in his local pub ensuring that he is fully in-tune with the challenges faced by every landlord or licensed trade business owner.
